Dancin' to the music!

Cally was fussier than usual today; she must be missing Maine. When I got back from my run this evening (why I sound out of breath on the video), I walked into Cally flailing her arms and legs and smiling at Mike while he practiced his guitar; Mike really put her in a good mood!

Good Morning!!!

When I walked in Cally's room this morning, this is what I saw! Sometime during her 13 hours of sleep, she turned 45 degrees and kicked her pants off!!! LOL She was all smiles; Mike and I were laughing.

Big Sister Olivia With Her New Baby Brother

Officer Sal...

Myself, mom, dad and some of Sal's family took the long ride out to Greensburg, PA to see Sal graduate from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy this past Friday. The Academy was 21 weeks long and started with 30 cadets, with only 10 graduating. Those 21 weeks were filled with tons of tests which tested both Sal's mental and physical toughness and he passed with flying colors!! We had a great day and are so very proud of him!! He starts back at the park on Monday....finally back to a normal life!

OH NO Mountaineers!!!

Mike, Cally, and I watched the WVU men's basketball team lose in the first round of the NCAA tournament. I thought Cally's booties would bring good luck. She was a bit camera shy, but she was making so many noises during the game (we like to think that some of them were cheers for WVU).

SPRING

Oh, this spring of sound as I rounded the hill
Merry pops and bubbles
Urgings and celebration all at once
A front row seat to a concert
of red-winged blackbirds.
I wanted to cry
it made me so happy.
