I'm sure all you facebookers have seen these pictures already, but I figured I'd put a few shots up for those of you who haven't. We're still working away on stuff. Window treatments, 3rd bedroom has to be painted, trim work, crown molding, floor patching. The list goes on and on. But most of these will have to wait until Spring. Or until Dave has a little more time.
View from mud room into kitchen. We've done minimal work to this space. Really all we did was paint the walls.
Living room looking south-west. Mom and I are working on a new cushion for the window seat. It'll be a cozy reading nook when done. You'll notice where we removed the walls that used to separate the LR from the DR. Floors still need to be patched.
Dining room looking north. Thank you, Aunt Linda, Mom and Maia for your paint job! Could not have done it without you all. New pendant too for over the DR table. Custom made by this woman I found on etsy.com. She has 100's of cool fabrics and will make any size you need. Really adds a pop to any space!
Upstairs hallway. I chose a bold color for the walls since it's a small space and can handle the drama!

...Maya rolling over. (Happened on Wednesday last week when Mike was home with the girls. I saw her do it early Friday morning and later that afternoon. Cally is excited to see Maya moving around more; Maya is so excited to move around more!!!)
So Mike said that he got a little something for Cally and me for Valentine's Day. I didn't see it until this morning and was so touched! He got each of us little chocolates. It's the little things that matter; I loved that he got me the 'Eclipse' heart o' chocolates! Ha! Ha! Kelli and Kristina, I thought of you guys right away (yeah, when ARE we getting together?!?! How about girls' night at the lakehouse? Aunt Marianna? Mom? Aunt Linda? Cally and Maya are already in!) I'm usually Team Werewolf, but based on chocolates, I'm currently Team Bella (chocolate truffle... mmm....)! lol
Thank goodness for Costco! They have double seats in the front on their carts! The girls and I managed to get out and about this past cold and dreary Saturday. Cally did not think twice about wearing her accessories. Maya enjoyed sitting next to her sister. However, Maya is point on with her naps. We ran past 2:00pm, and she was out. Cally was a nice big sister and let Maya sleep on her. At one point, Cally had her arm around Maya. Too cute!!!
