Jake - 5 Weeks Old

We can't believe how quickly time is going by.  Jake is now five weeks old.  He had his one month check up yesterday.  He is now 11 lbs and 23 inches long (95th percentile....big boy!!)  He is smiling more and becoming more active every day.  After Jake's doctors appointment yesterday, Sal and I dropped Jake off at Sal's mom's house while Sal and I went to one of our favorite places for wings.  While we were gone, Sal's cousin took some really great pictures of the little man, enjoy!

Lots of things happening here... people playing "Draw Me", Kelli giving out the password to connect to the internet service (letter, by number, by capital letter...), Maya saying, "Noooo!" to Harper for no reason, the my little pony (Forget-Me-Not) thinking "Can everyone please be quiet?"

What a fun weekend! Aunt Mary, Sara, and Harper came down to Pottstown this weekend. We had a nice visit at Aunt Linda and Uncle Pete's on Friday night, a nice dinner at mom and dad's on Saturday, and a fun afternoon at a nearby playground Sunday. Kristina came out to hang (thanks for a good time and your help at the outlets!!! "This ice cream sandwich is frozen!!!")

I sincerely apologize for the delay in this post, but still think it is important to introduce the newest member to the family.

Sal and I are VERY proud to introduce Mr. Jake William Tomczak. As expected, Jake was a big guy at birth and needed to be delivered by c-section (even after an hour of pushing...). We can't explain the joy we felt, when we heard his first cry. He weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs, 6 oz and is 21 inches long.

You wait so long for this wonderful bundle of joy to come and now I don't know how we were living without him!!! We can't wait for everyone to meet him!
