Relaxing...

I had been holding out on posting this pic because I had made it into a card for Sal's birthday, which was yesterday.  So now.................here it is.  Jake man was relaxing on his rocking chair after a nice, soothing bath one Saturday.

Rollin'....Rollin'...Rollin'

Been trying to upload this video for a week now....I think we need to upgrade our internet!  Now, Jake has rolled over twice before when he was younger, but both times it was a once and done thing.  Two weekends ago, I had Jake on the floor for some tummy time.  I noticed him pushing himself up real high and then I saw the head rocking back and forth....then he rolled over!  He performed this about four or five times in a row.  I was able to get the phone out to video it.  It was so exciting to watch.  However, he has yet to repeat this act since then!!

Happy 1st Birthday Ava!!

Cindy and Charles (Stacy's parents) are away this weekend, so Cindy made a cake last weekend for Ava. She was not shy about digging right in!! Tonight she will have some of my mom's infamous birthday cake (the cake of request every birthday) as per Markie's request. Can't believe how quickly this next generation is growing, if feels like everytime you turn around someone is another year older...

Charlie and I spent last weekend in NYC to attend Will's graduation from Hunter College.
