What a great weekend!!! Kristin came down to visit. On Saturday, Mom, Kelli, Ashley, Kristin, Cally and I went to the outlets nearby my parents' house. We then had a great time at a Mexican restaurant in Pottstown; good food and good margueritas. Cally talked more that day compared to the whole week! She knew it was girls' day out, so girlfriend was getting in on the conversation!!! On Sunday, we had a yummy breakfast with my parents. My parents, Kelli, and her friend went to the Phillies game. Ashley, her dog Halo, Kristin, Cally, and I went to Valley Forge Park to run the loop. Mike and I just got the jog stroller last Tuesday. I used it on a hilly course for the first time; speaking of firsts, it was Halo's first time on a run! :) He did awesome; Kristin managed the guy most of the way! We stopped once for a bathroom break and once to feed Cally. Beautiful weather, beautiful scenery, and lots of fun. To the Hunters Club, we didn't see any deer, but we did see some good looking, happy dogs.
Cally is really becoming animated! Isn't it great when they start "talking" and laughing? She's growing up so fast! Before you know it you'll be dropping her off for her first day at school! I really hope all of the kids are able to meet sometime soon....
ReplyDeleteHi Jesse! Hey, we're all meeting at Mark & Stacy's wedding. Didn't you hear... he wants all his cousins there. Thanks for the pics, Shauna. I think Valley Forge is a beautiful place to spend time outside with family. Aunt Linda and I love that loop. Oh, I have Cally's hat. It was in the couch. I'll bring it to you along with recipes and herbs and stones.
