Hey guys! Here is the video my work made a couple of months ago for a contest to explain AIDET for customer service. Watch a groovy PT session followed by a dance number by the department at the end (music is off a few beats).

Well, that "bump" move that the staff had going looks like it could put this post in the running for a nomination in some category. I guess as long as it's got some family in it, it's legit. But then, it has to get nominated. Hey, I'm hoping that we can have nominations for the "Bl-Oscars" in early January. Send me category ideas. Then, voting for our favorites.
